After Hours/Emergency Care
You can access our practitioners 24 hours a day by calling our office at 219-464-0409. After office hours, the answering service will contact the doctor or practitioner on call for any urgent matter. If your phone is equipped with caller ID, please set it to receive blocked calls when you are expecting a call from us. For emergencies, please go to the nearest Emergency Department or call 911.
