After Hours/Emergency Care
You can access our practioners 24 hours-a-day by calling our office at 219-464-0409. After office hours, the answering service will contact the doctor on call for any emergency.
Insurance & Payment Policies
Physicians For Women participates with a number of major insurance plans. Please contact us to verify that we are in your plan's network. It is important to bring your current insurance card to every visit, and if, necessary a primary care physician's referral. As required by your insurance company, you are responsible for the portion of your charges not covered by your insurance policy. Co-payments, coinsurance and deductibles are due at the time of service. We accept Visa and MasterCard for your convenience. Special financial arrangements can be made for our obstetrical and surgical patients. If you require assistance, please talk with our office manger.
